The app
Traypass is an iPhone app for planning and keeping trips, made by Gonzalo Fuentes. By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your account and your trips
You are responsible for what you put on a trip and for whom you invite. An invitation link lets anyone who holds it join the trip and edit it, so share it only with the people you mean to. Do not use Traypass to store anything you have no right to store, or to harass anyone.
What other people see
Your name, @username, photo and passport can be seen by other people as far as your privacy settings allow. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not put anything offensive, hateful, sexual or someone else's on them. Anyone can report a passport or block its owner from the passport's menu. We look at every report within 24 hours, and we remove content and close accounts that break these terms.
Suggestions
Packing lists, checklists, weather, exchange rates, country facts and suggested plans are aids, not advice. Packing ideas and suggested plans are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Check visa rules, opening hours and anything that matters with the source before you rely on it. Flight status is what the airline's data says at the time it was asked.
Traypass Pro
Some features are part of Traypass Pro, sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) or as a one-time purchase that does not expire. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and a free trial, when one is offered, becomes a paid subscription at its end in the same way. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability
Traypass is offered as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, and we are not liable for a missed flight, a lost booking or anything else that follows from relying on it. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
These terms may change when the app does. The date at the top says when they last did.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another country, you keep the protections its consumer law gives you.
